Andrew J. Ball is foremost a poet, but does write the occasional novels ranging from dragons to the deepest aspects of the human heart. Challenged with a learning disability, he uses different techniques to write and read. From his earliest child hood, he has been plagued with ADD, but thanks to medication (which he no longer needs) and psychological techniques, he is able to read and write.

Background Information

I published my first book of poetry at the age of seventeen, Voices of the Past: A Small Collection of Poetry. Now at 18, I will be procuring my long dream of becoming a Marine Biologist. I generally write poetry. I write mostly about the deepest aspects of the human psyche. People watching, getting into their heads and seeing the world through their eyes is generally what I do when i write, but I also write about my own life's experiences. Occasionally I write stories and am currently writing two at the moment. My greatest inspirations are the people around me, nature, and of course the love that binds us all.
