LIFE is my influence. I consider myself a story-teller, not a writer. Someone once said that writers write because they have to, not because they want to. So I write. Currently I am about 8/10 through one book; outlines on others, several poems and songs. My writing addiction is molified between work and school.

I find peace in writing, short stories, poems, songs, or my "serious" project.

I have traveled the world during my career and as a tourist. It's amazing how much one can learn by getting out of the back yard.

I am a Corporate Controller. I don't know why.

I am neither Republican or Democrat (yes, I always vote so I have bitching rights). I love my country, I don't always agree with my government. I mostly don't agree with any country's government. I'd rather live in a flawed republic than under a flawed dictator or flawed communist regime. I do believe we can make our country better, but our voices need to be heard. I also believe we can make the world better, and we should concentrate on being good stewards to our mother earth. I try to live by the old slogan from the 70's: Think Global: Act Local. It is a beautiful plan.
