When I was in my teens, I read every sci-fi, fantasy and mystery book my small town library had, but I wanted more. An only child, I spent a lot of time alone in my room with only my imagination for company, and started writing my own short fiction when I was thirteen. My major early influences were Ellery Queen and Alfred Hitchcock.

I hold a degree in mass communications from the University of Texas of the Permian Basin in West Texas.

My first fiction title, McCann's Manor :Portal the first of The Actor's Guild Paranormal Mystery Series, was just re-released in ebook format through Gypsy Shadow Publishing (www.gypsyshadow.com), with the paperback version coming soon. The second in the series, The Bakery Murders: Challenge, will be available in ebook in the next few weeks, and I'm working on the third novel (Whispers From the Past: Vendetta).
