I am an author and a Next Action Coach. My background includes a Masters Degree in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica. In addition to my personal journey of spiritual discovery, I have spent nearly 20 years in Corporate America. I like to think of myself as grounded in the practical world while having my head in the clouds.

I love fantasy, fairy-tales and parables. I also love self-help. So it's only natural that I would combine the two in my writing. I am particularly drawn to the idea that different types of "worlds" can co-exist without the average person every realizing it. I guess that's why I like Anne Rice and JK Rowling among others.
