I have always been passionate about writing. My business partner and I began writing the Bur Bur and Friends book series for our children who are biracial. We wanted to create a series of books that featured a group of multicultural characters who promote self-esteem, introduce and educate kids about sports and outdoor exploration. November 15, 2007 : released a new book in our series titled "Anna Goes Hiking" November 2007: Noted in the School Library Journal by Amy Bowllan. December 2007: Feature story in Minnesota Business Magazine. December-February: Feature story in ESCAPE Magazine - a lifestyle magazine for Sun Country Airlines. Currently in the process of writing a basketball book with a soccer book not far behind.
