Whatever doesn't kill you makes you stronger.

Background Information

I started writing when I was a kid and had my first professional writing job when I was 17. I've been published in many places and I especially enjoy writing romance. I love writing about women who have overcome obstacles, who are strong and courageous. No wimpy heroines for me. I don't know how I started to write romance but it's my favorite genre to write in.

Accomplishments

I had my own music column in a large New York newspaper for eight years, I've won several creative writing awards and I've been published in several magazines, including Cat Fancy and Teen.

Additional Information

I've been away from AuthorsDen for a few years. I've been very sick and have had multiple surgeries these past few years. I have also been diagnosed with lupus and fibromyalgia and struggle with pain everyday. I had to stop working because of my disability and I couldn't write for awhile. I hope to come up with some fresh ideas and start writing again. I just want to thank everyone who has read my stories and left such encouraging comments. It really means so much to me. It has lifted my spirits and makes me feel good about myself, which for awhile, was something I was not feeling. Thank you!
