My undergraduate degree is in Political Science/Pre-Law from a small liberal arts college in northwestern PA. I earned my Master Degree in environmental law from Vermont Law School - a great school in the small village of South Royalton. My career in environmental planning, conservation and education has spanned two decades. I have worked in both the public and private sectors directing hazardous waste abatement operations, pollution prevention activities, policy and procedural development, watershed planning and all related education and outreach. I am also adjunct faculty at a local campus of the University of Pittsburgh where I offer courses in Governance & Leadership of Non-profit Organizations, Environmental Politics, and Grant Writing. Throughout my entire career, I have always tried to incorporate my art to my work. Now that I am self-employed through "stewARTship studios", I am able to link my two great loves - nature and art.
I am a life-long student/observer of world religions and spirituality. I am intrigued by pantheism and panentheism - both perspectives manifest in my writing. I am very interested in ecopsychology. I love to write poetry, yet I consider myself more a philosopher than a poet.
Personally, I have been happily and gratefully married to my husband for twenty years. I am the very proud mother of one incredibly beautiful (inside and out) daughter who has taught me more about life than anyone I have ever known.
PLEASE DO NOT COPY/USE MY MATERIAL WITHOUT MY EXPRESS WRITTEN CONSENT. I RETAIN EXCLUSIVE COPYRIGHTS. THANK YOU.
A special "thank you" to all of my readers; I am deeply appreciative!
