Ginger Carlson, M.A. Ed. is the author of Child of Wonder: Nurturing Creative and Naturally Curious Children, the first book in The Wonder Collection.
Ginger Carlson currently works as faculty at the University of Oregon in Eugene, Oregon where she supervises Graduate student teachers in the College of Education. She is a former elementary school teacher who has taught in public and private schools in the United States as well as in International and Embassy schools abroad.
Ms. Carlson holds a Masters of Arts in Education and Instructional Technology from Pepperdine University and has fifteen years experience working with families of young children. Having led many workshops for teachers and parents, Ms. Carlson is a captivating and personable presenter. She has led trainer workshops covering the varying topics of early literacy, parent involvement, creativity, assessment and technology. She has led education workshops for parents and teachers in the Los Angeles Unified School District, for the California and Nevada Associations for the Education of Young Children, as well as in overseas teaching conventions servicing International and Embassy schools.
