Background
Information

I was born in the South, raised in the Midwest, and went to high school in the East. From broadcasting to print and photojournalism, to teaching on the college level, my life has taken a variety of adventurous turns. My influences are many: Ernie Pyle for humanity in words and Ogden Nash and E.B. White for the humor. Hitchcock and Curtiz for visual and narrative inspiration.
