I am a native of Central Texas and always aspired to be a writer. Now as my life is winding down from raising a family, it seemed right to see how far I can take this effort. This has produced my novel, "Hostage to Her Heart", which begins the saga of two cosmic friends, Tara Reece and Ross Kelly, whose destinies lead them to fame. Their bond has been inseparable since birth and because of this, it leads to interesting conflicts as they ignite romances along the way. The sequel, Falling for Her Heart, will be released in Spring 2009.

My writing depicts alot of my interests: music, pop culture, belief in prayer, fame, and family relationships. I took a situation of "what if" and expanded ideas to make it believeable. I think I've succeeded. I'm a writer with "The Softer Side to Romance," in mind. My narrative is candid, but never borders are erotic wording. I believe readers will enjoy a cleaner read, to understand the heart of the character's emotions and conflicts, so we can figure out what makes them tick.
It's my hope that once you've read my writing, you'll be hooked and it will leave a lasting impression upon your heart. So, enjoy reading!
