Susan has most recently directed Internet advertising initiatives, location-based (mobile) marketing strategies, and traveled much of the United States leading workshops on Web site user-centric information architecture, search engine marketing tactics, and user psychographics. Her own special projects have included a highly successful download center, a proprietary ecard functionality, conducting focus groups, and producing photo shoots and webcasts. Susan has authored the Web column for Technology For Worship Magazine, branding this column with content focused on "Web Strategies That Click." This book is the result of a reoccurring need arising from Susan’s work with her clients.
