I am an American Council on Exercise Certified Personal Trainer & Weight & Lifestyle Management consultant. I am also the owner of Evolution Total Wellness Inc. located in New York. Oscar and Otis - Fat Fights, is my first published work addressing a subject near and dear to me. My hope in writing this book, is to engage children and families in making health lifestyle choices.

My major influences are the people and the children I have personally worked with in the trying to achieve a healthier lifestyle. Artisitically, I would have to say every author that has made me laugh through pure sarcasm.
