Candi Taylor-Jeter is presently residing in Cleveland, OH with her two children, 15 and 10. You can find her at Cleveland State University’s School of Urban Affairs working hard towards the research of black inner-city solutions. Her greatest joy besides raising her children is writing and inspiring others to reach their destiny. She has a Masters degree in Adult/Higher Education from North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University in Greensboro, NC. Her undergraduate degree is in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
Her desire is to blend her research agenda with the voice of the people that need justice. Her passion is to position many of the urban institutions of higher learning back in the driver’s seat of political activism. She will continue to strive to educate the public and students on the importance of using education to liberate, rather than just making money.
