Only until a couple of years I started to read and write in English more frequently. Before that I never thought I would be writing in English or even publishing it online. I am still learning (and I will be learning hopefully until the end) and trying to improve my second language. But don´t you think I gave up writing in Portuguese because I love the language, the only problem is you don´t get noticed so easily as if you write in English.
Those who know me would tell you that I´m a fun guy to be with and also a good friend, a nice father and also not so bad husband. Beside nutrition and health in general my main interests are sports, specially outdoors, and of course reading and writing.
I wouldn´t call myself disabled but after breaking both my wrists more than a year ago, I had to learn to do almost everything once again. And for several months the only way I could write was typing it on my computer so here am I...
I have arrived here following Susan Keeping and I´m looking forward to meet everyone and read all your stuff.
