Background

I come from a large family (ten kids). About half of us are into creative writing, as was my father before his stroke. I have been interested in creative writing since I was in elementary school. I have written short stories, three novels and many poems, the latest about 9-11-01. My literary influences range from Sylvia Plath to Keats to Poe and beyond. My life influences include my Dad, my sisters Tammy and Tracy, my brothers Chris and Warren, and a New York firefighter lost on 9-11-01, one of many heroes, who has made a large impact on my life.
