While writing was always fun for me it was my friends that encouraged me to pursue it.They would say, there's something greater in the words and thought I had a gift to touch people.They would share experiences with me, I would write about them and they would ask:

“How did you do that? You captured it all so perfectly”

I never really had an answer, the words just came and I put them on paper. Over the years I’ve continued this path and found no greater satisfaction than knowing the words I write touch people’s heart.That in some way the words provide comfort, strength and the courage to help others live happier and healthier lives.

A beach kid at heart, I grew up in Simi Valley California, playing softball, camping at the beach and writing. Coming from a family of 5 siblings and artistic parents, there was never a shortage of excitement and experiences. I now reside in Denver Colorado, where I continue to write, own a business and coach girls softball.
