Cynthia Ann Frosch, Ph.D. is the co-creator of The READY Method™: A Visual Guide to Sensitive Caregiving with Margaret Tresch Owen, PhD. She earned her doctorate in Developmental Psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana at Champaign and was a fellow of the Center for Developmental Science at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill prior to joining the faculty at Arizona State University. She is currently the Community Liaison Specialist at the Center for Children and Families at the University of Texas at Dallas. Dr. Frosch has worked extensively with teachers and families to improve the quality of early childhood environments, and she continues to train researchers on the observation of parent-child interaction. Through The READY Method™ workshops and trainings, Dr. Frosch demonstrates to parents and educators how to tune in to children’s subtle cues and improve the quality of their interactions.
