Latanya Murphy lives in Philadelphia,Pa with her husband and two children.
She graduated from the University of Colorado receiving a B.A. in Health Care Management. She has been writing since she was a child creating short stories and poetry Also she has won many awards for her poetry giving her the status of a Professional Writer. She is an active member of the world renowned International Poetry society. On July 17, 2008 she was honored for her poetic ability as poet of the year with International poetry convention in Las Vegas, Nevada.
