I was born on the Isle of Wight(United Kingdom) in march 1986. I went to school on the island too. Then I went to college to study IT. A couple of years later I became bored of IT and I wrote the first children's story of my adult life. It made the shortlist of the 'Academy of Children's Writers' competition and so I decided to study with them and earn my children's writing diploma. I'm a great fan of stories full of magic, wonder and adventure, like the 'Narnia' stories, 'His dark matierials' and the 'Inkheart' trillogy. I have also illustrated all my books. I Love to write rhyming stories for younger children as well as magical stories for the slightly older, full of dragons, witches, wizards, unicorns, talking animals and fairies. I write for boys and for girls.
