Lite credits a near death experience(NDE) at age 25 with her spiritual awakening, giving her a glimpse of life beyond death. Lite's NDE was the motivation for her quest to find deeper meaning and understanding about the soul's journey.

Lite has studied various metaphysical disciplines including astrology, tarot, psychic phenomena, spirit release therapy and more. Lite has over 30 years of knowledge and experience gained on this life path and works professionally as a teacher, healer and counselor.

 Common Sense For The Soul is a practical guide to life's challenges and changes based on Lite's personal experiences and knowledge of that which is unseen and often misunderstood. Lite loves to counsel and help others, teaching metaphysical techniques and principles that can help you overcome obstacles and restore balance and peace to your days.
