Caitlyn Hunter is the alter ego of C. T. Hodges. Under her real name, she writes children's and YA fantasy stories, with a little poetry thrown in on the side, none of which she's had the courage to submit for publication. As Caitlyn, she writes mainly romance, sweet to sensual, contemporary to paranormal, and being more courageous under the guise of an assumed name has met with some success as a published author.
Caitlyn's first book, Death by Indifference, an erotic romantic suspense, came out in ebook in January 2007. Her second, Unwilling Angel, a sweet fantasy romance was first published in September 2007 then re-released by a different publisher in December 2008. Her third, Snow Shadows, a sensual paranormal romance , was published in print and ebook in September 2008. Snow Shadows is the first book in her Eternal Shadows series which is based on an ancient Cherokee legend. The second book in the series, Storm Shadows, will be released in May 2010. After Storm Shadows will come Winds of Fate, another paranormal romance based on the legend of the Blowing Rock in North Carolina.
She also has stories in two anthologies; The Secret Life of Alice Smitty in PMS: Poison + Murder = Satisfaction, and Third Time's for Keeps in Romance of My Dreams.
She's currently working on the third book in the Eternal Shadows series, Sun Shadows, and an OW/YM contemporary, tentatively titled Strict Policies.
Meanwhile, C. T. and her sister are hard at work on a fact-based fictional account of their great aunt Bessie's life growing up in Hot Springs, NC.
