I have a background in drama, music and literature. I previously was teaching and though I enjoy teaching and interacting with students I would prefer to concentrate on my homelife and writing. I am mostly interested in Asian culture and the amazing amount of writing material that has been unexplored by the west. Also I believe NZ literature is going to be the NEXT BIG THING and it's influence will continue to grow. My major influences are CS Lewis, Katherine Mansfield, Frame, EA Poe, S Faulks, Duncan Forbes and well really everybody I read that strikes me somehow. There is a whole world of incredible stories out there.
