Dr. Tiffany Jordan (Ameera Anoor) is the President of HRMissues and BusinessTrainers.net, which specializes in online help tools and conducting business workshop and consulting. Since 1993, she has been delivering professional development seminars on: Diversity and Multiculturalism, Handling Difficult Employees, Teams and Business Communication, and Motivation and Self-Esteem Goal Achievement. She teaches Strategic Management, Organizational Behavior, Human Resources Management, Leadership and Management, Ethics, Sales Management, and Introduction to Business and Entrepreneurship at a university. Dr. Jordan has built an outstanding reputation as a responsive, results-oriented professional with a unique ability to work with a wide variety of people and cultures, at all levels of an organization both in the North America, in the Middle East, the Caribbean, South America, and Europe. She is both a certified teacher and lecturer. Her professional experience includes twelve years as a Human Resources Manager in the USA, ensuring that the organization's human resource strategies supported its business objectives. Currently, she balances being a professor while conducting training and development with being a keynote speaker, and authoring articles. She is authoring a book on “BEATING THE ODDS: What Determination Teaches You.” She has produced and hosted her own radio show, "GIVE IT TO ME STRAIGHT: BEATING THE ODDS" for six months. She speaks at conventions and annual meetings and is/has been on the Board of many Public and Private organization.
