Background Information

Ed Muesch grew up in Phoenix, Arizona. In 2001 he took early retirement as a director of engineering of a large U.S. corporation so he and his wife Helen could sail together around the world.

His passion for sailing, travelling and exploring has taken him to the farthest reaches of the earth. During his travels he has encountered gun toating pirates at sea, a volcano, primitive peoples and barely survived the 2004 tsunami off the coast of Phuket, Thailand.

He has written three non-fiction books covering his adventures and his first novel, Land of Men.
