Karen Kelsay is the author of two chapbooks: A Fist of Roots, from Pudding House Press and Somewhere Near Evesham, from The New Formalist Press. She resides with her British husband in Orange County, California, and loves visiting England, where she finds inspiration for many of her poems.

Background Information

Karen wrote her first poem fifteen years ago and framed it as a gift to her brother, it was about their childhood trips to Catalina. Since then, she has been widely published in print and online magazines. She loves traditional poetry and writes in meter and rhyme, as well as free verse.
