I have dug and excavated into the deepest part of my being. I spent many segments of my life in pain; both emotional and physical. I've tread through my childhood issues and uncovered my essence. I found a place of serenity in my mind through much hard work.  I would not consider myself a poet but I have found a creative side in me that I never knew existed.  My intention here is to give back and hopefully touch someone's heart with these words that come from mine.

I've been working with my life coach for 4 years now. I also found a very powerful way of healing from the inside out doing Kundilini Yoga. I also discovered on this path that I am healer and here on this planet to give it light.
