Gail Cavanaugh has been servicing retailers for two years in the area of credit card processing. Because of the many questions, misunderstandings and confusion, she decided to provide information through blogs about different isssues that arose. After attracting many regular subscribers, she decided to write articles as well.
One commenter on the articles expressed his frustration in not receiving enough information about the"pitfalls of accepting credit cards." It was in response to this comment that she decided to write the e-Book.
Gail has been writing for over twenty years, her first exposure was in insurance and financial services. Her claims representative trainer commented that her full formal report was the best he had ever seen. An interviwer for a job at a national insurance company was so impressed with her writing that he offered her a job as a writer of a company newsletter, but she truned it down.
She went on to teach English as a Second language for a local community college and then enrolled in Liberty University"s MBA program. Learning to write in the APA style and taking a course in Executive Communication, she learned ho to write articles by taking a position and defendiing it. After writing numerous short articles and long papaers, she was ready to write articles for magazines. She currently writes articles for Suite 101, an online magazine.
