Raised in a town of only 300 and moving to the big city of Chicago when I was eleven years old introduced me to a new world. Different people with new languages, customs, even different holidays. I'd been writing little stories since discovering that with a pencil and paper I could be anyone, go anywhere. Now I entered a whole new world and entertained my new friends by putting them in stories. Years later while living in Florida I took a job of office manager for a small newspaper and eventually wrote 4 weekly columns. It was when I moved to Arizona that, deciding to try writing for a local paper, I searched for a story to write and stumbled upon the secrets behind a prominent businessman. Now I have three books written about him, one of which was the basis for an award-winning play  & filmed on a DVD. Plus I've written a fiction trilogy of romance and suspense, a childrens book, a collection of Italian bios, short stories and a memoir. Whew.  This small town girl from the big city never thought all this would happen. No telling what is next.  Hope you take a look at my works and maybe find something to make you smile. President of the Phoenix Writers' Club for the past 5 yrs. The club began in 1926 and is the longest standing writers club in Arizona. I'm often asked to give presentations on how I uncovered the secrets of my subject and where I get ideas for fiction.
