Scott Lisbin has had over 30 years of management and leadership experience. Scott worked as a Management Engineer for several years where he learned the principles of productivity and quality improvement. He is currently working as an Assistant Medical Center Administrator where he manages almost 400 employees and applies the principles of productivity and quality improvement daily. During his 30 years of experience Scott has saved millions of dollars while improving service and quality through use of the tools and techniques he describes in his book "UP Productivity".
