I was a precocious child who grew up in a confusing and turbulent household. I was a creative survivor. Seeking love and approval, respite from fear, and meaning, I didn't know the real me until my adult life during a powerful spiritual awakening that transformed me on a level I hadn't imagined was possible. In hind sight, I had many teachers, "other mothers" and guru's (some of them my own pets) who showed up to protect me, guide me, and light my path. I am eternally grateful to all of those with whom I've crossed paths to get to this place of peace, understanding, and happiness.
The greatest human freedom: to be and express who we truly are and not who so-called mainstream society expects us to be.
