I write to express my truest self. At age of 8 year old, I lost a wonderful man and parent figure. I was daddy's little girl and have been ever since. Losing him has made me who I am today. Everything I've gone through since that day has reminded me of him and brought me close to my god.
I've lost pieces of myself over the years. Through the lies, pain, hurt, sorrow, depression...I have risen time and time again. I have a pheonix soul. No matter what I go through I find inspiration and determination. God has given me strength to continue in life. He has given me passion to express myself through words. When no one will listen, make them read. Write big bold signs they can't miss. I write to inspire others to rise from the ashes, to survive!
