Hillary Marek is a Jounalist turned Author. She lives in Houston Tx with her sons and husband.A graduate of Tulane University and a member of MENSA who still finds time to surf as often as possible.

Background Information

I love music and have always been on the VIP lists for the best parties. This lead to my being scouted by my college paper to be the Events Editor. I loved it so much I switched my major and have been an active journalist ever since. I have written for many news papers and local magazines but found my calling in books. I use my kids as my influences. The children’s books I wrote were spawned from bed time stories i told my children when they were young and my young adult books are from ideas my kids came up with. My books are so different each one tackling a difficult subject, I chose to write them because the answers were not easily available. I work currently as a research journalist and when i find a subject that little information is available on I make it my pet project. Some of these projects have become books some merely articles. I love my fans and take time to personally answer every letter or email I receive.

Small enough to be an easy read but packed full enough with everything food related this will be the only “pregnancy what to eat” resource you will ever need. With recipes the whole family will love you do not have to be pregnant to enjoy this book. For any woman who has been there or is planning to go there this book is a must have.
