I was born and raised in San Francisco, CA. At a very young age, I developed a passion for writing and acting. A number of years ago, I had the opportunity of working as an extra on several movie projects.
I have a strong, successful background as a high level Executive Assistant, I have supported some of the Bay Area's most powerful CEO's. This past November, I embarked upon a transforming journey that has changed my life forever.
I am very passionate about the empowerment of young women. I was in a 5-year long abusive marriage in which my ex-husband subsequently abandoned the family. Things were rough for me, but the one thing that saved me from sinking and going completely under, was the fact that I had job skills, training and job experience on my side. It's so important for women to educate themselves and have the ability to stand firmly on their own two feet.
It is my dream to someday open a Women's shelter which will assist women of abuse in the areas of education, financial counseling, job placement, home ownership...
