Thank you for reading!
I think writing is a wonderful release for the soul. Writing is new to me, a new adventure, really. I'm a musician who has been writing poetry for the joy of it. My inspirations are Music, Pablo Neruda, Emily Dickinson, Mary Oliver, Joan Borysenko, Elizabeth Lesser, Billy Collins, Rita Dove, Galway Kinnell, Rumi, a lot of little hairy bunny rabbits, and diverse Scriptural writings. So much of poetry feels like music, and music like poetry ~ and to me one lights up the other. My philosophy is that every breath is a gift.
