"In the end, we will remember not the words of our enemies, but the silence of our friends."- Martin Luther King J....as for me I am funny, inteligent, highly outspoken, a work-horse, love to read, write, rap, write and perform spoken word, and of course organize

Background Information

I am African American and an active Marxist revolutionary.  I believe we need a fundamentally different type of society.....a society that bolsters and encourages human growth and potential (rather than actively obstructing it), and that seeks to meet the broader needs of a majority rather than line the pockets of elite few......My revolutuionary vision comes across in much of wiritng....in my attempt to capture and portray the struggles and afflictions of my various characters, irregardless of their socio-economic station or political leanings....as a revolutionary I have developed a profound appreciation for oppression and how it manifests itself throughout all sectors and layers of society.....Moreover, a predominant influence which comes through in my writing is the fact that I grew up in the ghetto or poverty for a lack of a better word....One sees this  formative influence in themes I choose to write on....like in my short stories Poor Man's God and Scrambling for Daylight or in some of the commentary I infuse into my memoir Big Brother is Forever Watching which chronicles my real life experience being surveillanced, harassed, and torture by a rouge element within the federal governement
