Portia Conway is from Ashland Kentucky,she is the youngest of 6 children. Portia started writing childrens books from the inspiration of working in the education field, were she sees many of the things she writes about in her books. She is attending the University of Phoenix and Pennfoster, were she is majoring in communications/adm. Portia Also is a educational tutor for grades k-college. She has no children of her own, however,she has a neice Mercedes Johnson, a nephew Terrel Troxler,Kaden Troxler, Devin Troxler and many more who continue to inspire her as well.
