My brother and I began writing together when we were in the pre-teen years. We had fun sitting on the steps of the attic with paper and pencil in hand. The strange, scary, noises in the attic provided us with the foundation needed to create our stories.
Much later in life I became sole caregiver to my brain injuried husband. I was totally unprepared for my new role as a caregiver. I suffered from lack of information from the doctors to inform me in the careing for my husband.
After many years of research and personal experience, I wrote and published, The Other Survivor:Head Injury From a Wife's Perspective. My second book for caregivers is, Upside Down and Back Again:Hope for The Caregiver.
I do write both fiction and non-fiction. We raised miniature horses and after hours spent with the horses, my grand-daughter and I, co-authored, Jadon and Gabe:The Not so Saintly Horses.
All of these books are available on Amazon and also my website and blog.
