Lou speaks and writes on his expertises: death phobia and baby boomers. His book Clown Town chronicles growing pains and laughs concerning a boy, Pudgie, struggling to find a place in 1950s south Chicago.
He retired from teaching High School English after 33 years and formerly coached, directed, and participated as a triathlete.
The Warming Sicilian Son, BrickHouse Books, is now available on Amazon.com. My murder-mystery-inspired-by-a-true-story is tentatively scheduled for publication in October of this year.

Lou also holds a B.S. in Journalism, an M.A. in Education and a CSA in Curriculum. He is an active member of the Chicago Writers’ Association and the Italian American Writers’ Association in New York.

Along with getting his novella published, Lou is working on a book about searching for a Hollywood actor/friend and seeking justice for a wrongly convicted former student.
