Realizing a life time dream to write a novel and improve my golf game. My golf game sucks, but the writing has improved.

Background Information

For 30 years I worked around the world for an intenational engineering and construction company. Really got my eyes opened in Iran, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, Russia and Bosnia. There is no place like home!

Having read over 3,000 books how can I possibly name a writer that influenced me? My entire life, and the mistakes I made along the way, and the hits I took that were not results of my mistakes influenced me. For the good? For the bad?

For a leg amputee I was a pretty good golfer when I could still hit the ball out of my shadow. Still ain't all that bad.
