Amy Sutton is an author who teaches fitness, sings and serves as a volunteer. Her underlying goal is to help others to achieve their physical wealth and the mindfulness of being that enables one to perceive and believe in life's miracles.

1993 Recipient of Cal Berkeley's Rosalie Stern Award. ACE certified to teach fitness. Author of a non-fiction book, "The Healthy Executive",two award-winning short stories, "A Flight of Fancy" and "Trench Warfare: why not to be a high school sub" and a published poem, "The Gift"

My book, "The Daisy Field" is available at www.thedaisyfield.com and major online book retailers. I am hosting book singings at various senior centers and facilites where I can sing and sign, and have book signings lined up, too. Proceeds from the sale of my book will go to charity.
