Although Chris had a MS in Clinical Child, Youth and Family Work , 25 years experience in Adoption Social Work, Child Welfare and Mental Health, and trained Foster and Adoptive parents for 10 years, she did not really understand grief and loss until her 21 year old son, Zac died in a car accident in October 2000.  Her life took a dramatic turn at that point and through her grief journey she learned how to choose to live a different life. She wrote Afterlife Agreements: A Gift From Beyond as the result of her grief journey and her learning from Zac. She has documented over nine years of signs and communication from Zac, her spirit guide, Samuel and others. She now writes articles for Open to Hope, has been a presenter on death panels for the TIP program, (Trauma Intervention Program) has been a guest on Healing the Grieving Heart Internet radio show as well as other Blogtalkradio shows.
