At age 35, I realized I didn't love myself. Determined to find out Why?, I embarked on a journey of self-discovery. After over ten years, many self-help books, religious texts, counseling sessions, reflection on my past, inner searching, speaking with other women, receiving my own intuitive insights and guidance and learning to meditate, I found answers.
I knew the answers I discovered would help other women. I began teaching a Women's Empowerment Workshop. The teachings and techniques I developed to help women get in touch with their inner self and deal with difficult people and situations did have a profound impact on the women who attended.
My books are designed to share these teachings and techniques with as many women who need and want them as possible. My experience and the experiences of the women in my books are an invaluable resource in understanding our roles as women and embracing our feminine power.
