I love legends, myths (not maths), history, travel, cars, boats, Scotland's West Highlands & Islands, Ireland, New Zealand, reading autobiographies - and writing, although that last one might be some sort of slightly masochistic work ethic thing, handed down from some much harder-working ancestor. Dare I mention malt whisky? Perhaps better not.

Background Information

'Career' includes spells as a beach photographer - 'Take yer picture, Sir, wiv the lovely lady...' photo-journalist, fashion snapper, PR consultant, magazine columnist and editor, airport cleaner (happily, very briefly) and web business founder. Now I write and enjoy life.
