The Girl With The Sapphire Blue Eyes
On a cold November night with a biting wind blowing and whipping a steady, icy rain into a frenzy you won’t find many people walking across the North End Bridge that spans the Big River. So if you are feeling like the whole world is riding on your shoulders and you need to get away and don’t mind the weather the bridge is a great place to find solitude. Sometimes you just have to escape from all the craziness and ponder your life, the universe and the itch in your mind. It was just that kind of night for me.
