Fel Kian was born in Iran in 1979, but raised in North America. Like Henry James he is an ardent anglophile and imagines that in another life he was a tortoise shell cat who lived in and around Hampshire. His passion for books began quite early, and by the age of eight he had written and illustrated his first two works of fiction.
His first novel Indigo Eyes was published by Immanion Press in May 2011. His other publishing credits include poems and short stories in Black Petals, Noctural Ooze, Ascent Print, Mini Mocho Press and Aphelion.
When he isn’t writing, sketching or painting he can be found scouring small towns for used bookstores, searching for the perfect sushi restaurants, and watching far too many films and britcoms.
Fel lives inside his head, and with his wife and two cats.
