I became intriqued by the written word at an early age, reading anything I could get my hands on. My favorite authors are Stephen King, Dean Koontz, and V. C. Andrews. These writers, among others, opened up worlds beyond my imagination and in turn ignited my own creativity.
I have spent many years honing my skills in both writing and storytelling. My first publication appeared in early 2010 at Long Story Short. It would be another year before anything else reached publication. In 2011, the publishing world opened its arms a little wider and a few more short stories found homes. My first novella, Escape to Love, appeared in July at www.etreasurespublication.com, followed by my second novella, Seduced by Darkness, due to appear in November.
It's been a long journey, with many more miles to go, but it has been well worth the trip.
