As the manager of a 4 star hotel in the tallest building in Downtown Minneapolis Minnesota, my motivation is driven from within. I do not have a fancy PhD or Master's degree in Hospitality, but I have worked my way from the bottom, up in this industry and I have the ability to speak with anyone, anytime and the power of the "Five Minute Friendship" which I thoroughly describe in my book. After seving in the Air Force for 4 years, then transitioning into Retail Management and Sales, I eventually made my way to Hotels for the simple fact that in this business, it's your job to take care of people!
It has been 6 years since making that transition into the hotel business, and I've written my first e-book sharing some secrets, advice, and some personal experiences with the reader in hopes to motivate both new and seasoned hoteliers with my words.
