Born in Syracuse, New York, I was raised in southern California.   I began my career in the hospitality industry, that led me to a 10 year partnership with a public relations agency.    When my partner retired, I decided to enter the field of education and became a professor at the community college level.   This is the career that I had been waiting for.   During this transition in my life, I found myself lying awake at night after having very vivid dreams that seemed to turn into stories.   I began to write them down.    I wrote my first novel that was horrible.   It was followed by two more that got seemlingly better.    Everything I had learned about writing clicked with CAT CHASE and I love the book.   My second novel, FINAL HEIST will be released in early 2012, and I plan to continue to write.    I have always had an interest in the law, forensics, true crime and the mafia.   And in all of that, I can't help but have a hotel.    I hope you enjoy.
