The internationally-ignored Cecil Funk is a Seattle-based, bourbon-addled scrivener writing for a frightening legion of dissolute weirdos.
He resides in the ominous shadow of two active volcanoes, Mt. Rainier and Mt. St. Helens. Over the years, he's come to deeply appreciate the region's 360 days of rain, as well as it's occasional earthquake. He lives in one of downtown Seattle's most notorious flophouses, ground zero for loons and creeps of all descriptions. Most of his down time is spent knocking back Wild Turkeys at one of his favorite dives, where he invariably drinks himself into a blackout while recording observations and story ideas in a Mead Composition Notebook.
