I became a writer almost since the day I first realised I could hold a pen I spent many years recieving rejection slips but this did not deter me from my writing. It was in 2006 I was contacted by a publisher in Ontario ,Canada saying they wished to publish my three books series of fictional crime and my premier tome a book of hitstorical fiction set around a true story. This they did and I suddenly felt maybe ,just maybe all my hard work might pay off,but was I wrong?. They never marketed my books or infact sold any,and in 2008 they wrote saying they were returning not only copyright back to me but also one copy of each book, they were infact remaindering my books. To this day I fail to understand why?.
I continued to write even though my books gathered dust ,until I heard about the Amazon Kindle KDP option which is free.So I promptly sent off the first of my crime series ,followed by my book of historical fiction and sat back to await the outcome.Having said this I have the complete series written and might put them on the KDP site should my books be recieved with interest?.
Hell Bent on Murder is infact adult fictional crime and should only be read by adults since it also contains sexual descriptions.
Kinmel Revisited historical fiction tells the story of the Kinmel Army Camp Riot in North Wales in 1919, a riot by some four hundred Canadian Soldiers inwhich five were killed and are buried today in the churchyard of the village of Bodelwyddan ,North Wales.Using fictionla characters I have woven a story of suspense and intrigued around this true event.
